    • 100g takoyaki flour

Dice the konjac into 1cm cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Mince the pickled ginger.

Heat 1/2 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the konjac until browned and firm.

In a bowl, whisk the egg, add water, and mix. Gradually add takoyaki flour and stir until smooth.

Preheat the takoyaki pan and spread 1.5 tbsp of salad oil using a paper towel. Pour the batter into the molds, add konjac cubes, green onion, pickled ginger, and tempura flakes. Cook until the edges set, then fold in the overflowed batter and roll using skewers.

Serve on a plate, brush with takoyaki sauce, and sprinkle bonito flakes and seaweed powder.
