INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 20g kounago (small fish)
- 🌰 40g roasted walnuts
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, honey, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and toast the walnuts for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the kounago (small fish) to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour the mixed seasoning into the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the mixture becomes glossy.
Add the sesame seeds and stir to combine evenly.
