Vegetables
- 🥬 200g lettuce, chopped
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Seafood
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Dressing
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
BƯỚC
Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes.
Dice the salmon into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (milk, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and garlic).
Arrange the lettuce on a plate, top with salmon and avocado, drizzle with the Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with black pepper.
