INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 8 slices pork loin thinly sliced
- 🥬 2 leaves lettuce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 1/2 tomato diced
- 1 piece minced ginger
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Shred the lettuce, dice the tomato into 1cm cubes, and mince the ginger.
Mix all the tomato sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Season each slice of pork with salt and pepper, place 1/8 of the shredded lettuce on top, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 slices.
Place the rolls in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce over the rolls before serving.
