Vegetables
- 100g grated and chopped lotus root
Dairy
- 🧀 40g chopped processed cheese
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Grate half of the lotus root and chop the rest into coarse pieces. Soak the chopped lotus root in water and drain. Chop the processed cheese into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the lotus root, processed cheese, and the meat mixture ingredients. Divide into 6 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 4 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer until the patties are coated. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
