INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 1 ½ pounds ground beef
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetables

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Binder

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mix beef, crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
