Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 pieces ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso

In a bowl, mix the sake, sugar, and miso to prepare the seasoning.
