- 🥭 2 whole mangoes
- 🥛 2 cups whipping cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk

Crepe Batter Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 🥛 2 cups milk
- 🧈 40g melted butter
- 🧂 3/4 cup sugar
- A small amount of vanilla extract
SCHRITTE
Remove the seed from the mango, slice it lengthwise, and peel the skin.
Whip the cream with condensed milk to make whipped cream.
Sift the cake flour into a bowl, add sugar, and mix. Then add eggs and mix well.
Add milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, then stir in melted butter to make the crepe batter.
Heat a pan with a small amount of butter, pour the batter, and cook thin crepes. Let them cool completely.
Place whipped cream and mango slices on the crepe, roll it up tightly to complete the mango crepe roll.
