INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 100g pork slices
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 10cm green onion
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- chopped spring onion, as needed
Staples
- 30g vermicelli
Spices and Oils
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 200ml water
PASSI
Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic. Cut chives into 4cm pieces.
Roughly chop the pork slices.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté ginger, garlic, red chili, and pork over medium heat until the pork changes color. Add green onion and stir briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, oyster sauce, chicken broth powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and chives, stir briefly, and serve on a plate. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
