BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🍢 Silken tofu 400g
- 🥩 Ground pork 200g
Seasonings
- Doubanjiang 2 teaspoons
- Tianmianjiang 1 teaspoon
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Chicken broth 200ml
- Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
- 💧 Water 50ml
Fragrant Vegetables
- 🧄 Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
- Minced ginger 1 teaspoon
- 🌱 Finely sliced green onion to taste
LANGKAH

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
