INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Meat
- 50g ground chicken
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water for thickener
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground chicken, and stir-fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pot.
Add water and concentrated men tsuyu to the pot, bring to a boil, then add frozen udon noodles. Stir until the noodles are cooked through. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir to thicken.
Pour the beaten egg into the pot, let it float to the surface, then turn off the heat and gently stir. Serve in a bowl, topped with cooked chicken and chopped green onion.
