BAHAN-BAHAN
Potato
- 🥔 6 small potatoes (300g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Mentaiko Cream Cheese
- 1/2 piece mentaiko (25g)
- 🧀 3 pieces cream cheese (54g)
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Topping
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
LANGKAH
Place chopsticks on both sides of the potato and make 5mm horizontal cuts. Rinse the cuts under water, soak for 10 minutes, and pat dry.
Arrange the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, sprinkle 1 tbsp of water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil into the cuts and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes until crispy.
Remove the mentaiko from its casing. Mix cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then add mentaiko and pepper, mixing well.
Serve the Hasselback potatoes with mentaiko cream cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
