- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 slices ham

- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Ketchup Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 1/3 bag baby leaf greens
- 🍅 3 slices tomato

Cut the ham in half and slice into 1cm strips.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and seasonings (sugar, salt, milk) thoroughly to create the egg mixture.
In a microwave-safe container, add the ketchup and butter, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds. Stir to combine into a ketchup sauce.
Line a large microwave-safe container with plastic wrap, allowing it to sag slightly. Pour in the egg mixture and microwave uncovered at 600W for about 1 minute. Remove, stir, and top with ham and shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered again for 1 minute 30 seconds or until the eggs are semi-cooked.
Fold the edges of the omelette inward, wrap it in the plastic wrap, and let it sit for 3 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
Plate the omelette, drizzle with ketchup sauce, and serve with baby leaf greens and tomato slices as garnish.
