INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Meat Mixture
- 150g mixed ground meat
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Topping
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
PASOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes. Slice avocado into 5mm slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Mince onion and microwave for 30 seconds at 600W, then drain and cool.
Mix all sauce ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, water) in a bowl.
In a plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add remaining meat mixture ingredients and knead until sticky. Shape into patties on a microwave-safe plate, creating a slight indentation in the center.
Pour sauce over patties, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
Flip patties, cover loosely again, and microwave for another 3 minutes at 600W. Remove wrap, pour sauce over, and microwave uncovered for 30 seconds to thicken sauce.
Serve rice in bowls, top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, patties, sauce, and soft-boiled eggs.
