ÉTAPES
Crack the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
In a microwave-safe mug, combine the cooked white rice, tuna, and ketchup. Mix well and flatten the surface. Spread mayonnaise evenly on top, pour in the egg mixture, and tear the cheese slice into pieces, placing them on top.
Microwave the mug (uncovered) at 600W for 2 minutes.
