    • 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn

    • 🥛 200ml milk

    • 1/3 tsp consomme
    • 💧 200ml water

SCHRITTE

Cut the root of the bok choy and slice into 3cm pieces. Separate the leaves and stems. Cut the root into 8 vertical sections.

Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Heat butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the bacon briefly. Add bok choy stems and seasoning ingredients (salt, consomme, water). Mix and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat until bok choy stems soften.

Add bok choy leaves and corn. Cook until the leaves wilt. Pour in milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
