- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.

In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (☆). Add the mizuna and wakame, then toss to combine.
