- 1 bunch watercress (about 30g)

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus legs

- 3 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Wash and slice the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
Add the minced garlic and chopped red chili to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the boiled octopus legs and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then toss in the watercress.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dish and serve hot.
