ÉTAPES
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then soak them in water and drain well.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, then add the potatoes and bacon. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle aonori and salt over the potatoes and bacon, then mix well to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
