- 50g chopped nozawana pickles
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
Noodles
- 20g vermicelli, cut in half
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
