ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 70g of boiled octopus
Spices
- 1 slice of thinly sliced ginger
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 1 tbsp of mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
ШАГИ
Cut the boiled octopus into 5mm slices.
Julienne the ginger into thin strips.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, sake, mentsuyu, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the octopus and ginger on top of the rice and cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
