- 300cc oden broth

ÉTAPES
Cut the egg, fish cake, and daikon into halves.
Boil water in a pot, add soba noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Cool in cold water and drain.
Wash the pot, add oden broth, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add soba noodles, egg, fish cake, and daikon. Simmer until soba is warmed through.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
