- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 5 okra pods
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🌽 100g canned corn
Liquids
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle okra with a small amount of salt and roll it gently with your palm. Rinse with water and pat dry. Place okra and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool, trim the stems, and slice into 7–8mm pieces.
Chop the onion coarsely and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
Add okra, cherry tomatoes, and corn to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the vegetables are coated in oil.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder) to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the mixture is well combined.
