INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Legumes
- 🌱 100g steamed soybeans
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g sliced daikon
- 🥕 1/4 carrot sliced
- 🧅 5cm sliced green onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 500cc water
- 2 tbsp miso
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon and carrot into quarter slices. Slice green onion into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté pork until its color changes. Add daikon and carrot, stirring until coated with oil.
Add dashi powder and water, bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Add soybeans and dissolve miso into the soup. Simmer briefly.
Serve in bowls, garnish with green onion, and sprinkle shichimi togarashi if desired.
