- 1 pack of pea shoots

ÉTAPES
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot, add salt, and blanch the pea shoots briefly. Rinse under cold water, drain, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine the cooked kiriboshi daikon, blanched pea shoots, mayonnaise, and ponzu sauce. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
