BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, cut into 4cm pieces
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut the green onions into 4cm pieces after removing the roots.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add green onions and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until the green onions become slightly tender.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
