- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🥬 1/2 bag spinach
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Separate the maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces. Trim the spinach roots and cut into 4cm pieces. Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add pork and maitake mushrooms. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add spinach and stir-fry until wilted. Add soy sauce and quickly stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
