INGREDIENTI
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 80g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 80g peeled and sliced daikon
- 8g julienned ginger
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
PASSI
Peel the daikon, cut it into quarters lengthwise, and slice thinly. Julienne the ginger.
Cut the pork belly into 2cm wide strips.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker, mixing well. Flatten the rice, then layer the pork, daikon, and ginger on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients together. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
