INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bunch of chives (4cm pieces)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Thickening Agent
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
Sweet Vinegar Sauce
- 💧 200cc water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and the chives into 4cm lengths.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the chives and stir-fry briefly, then pour in the egg mixture. Cook until semi-set, then remove and place over the cooked rice in bowls.
Wipe the frying pan clean, add the sweet vinegar sauce ingredients, and heat over medium heat.
Once boiling, thicken the sauce with the cornstarch slurry and pour it over the rice bowls.
