  • Seasoning for Meat

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
