INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍖 400g pork shoulder
- 1 bell pepper
- 🧅 1 small onion
Meat Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 6 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Remove the white parts inside the bell pepper and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the onion into similar-sized pieces.
Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized cubes.
Season the pork with salt and black pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and add the pork cubes.
Cook the pork on high heat until all sides are golden brown.
Reduce to medium heat and cook until the pork is fully cooked inside.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the prepared sauces and stir-fry until well combined.
