- 🎃 150g pumpkin
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Cut the pumpkin into 7mm slices and then into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix pork with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage the mixture, then add cornstarch and mix well.
In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the pumpkin to the pan and stir-fry together with the pork.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan, stir-fry until everything is well-coated, and garnish with chopped green onion.
