INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, peeled and chopped
- 1 piece mochi, cut into 1cm cubes
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Potato starch as needed
Cream
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Whip heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Divide into 6 portions, shape into balls, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Cut the mochi into 1cm cubes.
Peel and chop the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the mochi to the pumpkin and mix. Microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until the mochi softens.
Add sugar, salt, and butter to the mixture. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
Sprinkle potato starch on a cutting board. Divide the mixture into equal portions, flatten each, place a cream ball in the center, and wrap. Lightly coat the surface with potato starch.
