Main Ingredients
- 120g ground meat
- 🎃 300g pumpkin
- 🧅 100g onion
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Pumpkin Mash Seasoning
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Meat Sauce Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Dice the onion and cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces after removing seeds and skin. Reserve some pumpkin skin for garnish.
Microwave the reserved pumpkin skin in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W.
Microwave the pumpkin pieces with 1/2 tbsp water for 4 minutes at 600W. Mash until smooth, then mix in milk gradually. Add salt and pepper to season.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook ground meat until browned, then add onion and sauté until translucent. Add the meat sauce seasonings and simmer until thickened.
Layer pumpkin mash and meat sauce in a heatproof dish. Top with pizza cheese and bake in a toaster for 5 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with pumpkin skin.
