- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, diced

- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Dice the red onion into 1cm cubes, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Dice the zucchini into 1cm cubes.
