- 130g boiled bamboo shoots
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
BƯỚC
Cut the bamboo shoots into sections: halve the root vertically and slice into 5mm pieces, and cut the tips into bite-sized pieces.
Place bamboo shoots, soy sauce, and water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir lightly and cover tightly to cool.
Add the seasonings (vinegar, sesame oil, ground sesame) and mix well.
