- 🐟 2 pieces mackerel
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Ketchup Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel and coat with flour.
Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces after removing seeds and stems. Slice the onion thinly.
Mix all ingredients for the ketchup sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the onion and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked through, then add the ketchup sauce and mix well.
