BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets salmon
Vegetables
- 1 bag (approx. 250g) bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Other
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A suitable amount of aonori
Sauce
- 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
LANGKAH
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the bean sprouts and bell peppers until tender.
Mix tonkatsu sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl, then pour over the vegetables and stir well.
Return the salmon to the pan, coat with the sauce, and sprinkle aonori on top before serving.
