INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquids
- 🥛 300 ml soy milk
- 💧 100 ml water
PASOS
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it diagonally into thin pieces. Trim the roots off the shimeji mushrooms.
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon fillet and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the salmon, celery, and shimeji mushrooms for about 1 minute.
Add water and dashi powder to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Dissolve miso in a small amount of water (not listed) and add it to the pot. Then add soy milk, salt, and pepper, mix, and heat gently until warm.
