- 🐟 1 can canned salmon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🥛 250ml milk
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

Drain the canned salmon, reserving the liquid in a bowl, and flake the salmon.
Separate the shimeji mushrooms and slice the onion. Sauté them in a pan with butter over medium heat until softened. Sprinkle flour and cook over low heat.
Mix the milk with the reserved canned liquid and gradually add to the pan while stirring. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then add the salmon, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle with pizza cheese and grated cheese, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown.
