- 2 bundles somen noodles (100g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🌽 40g canned corn
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 4 slices ham
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 600cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper, as needed
ÉTAPES
Boil the somen noodles according to package instructions and drain the water.
Blanch the bean sprouts briefly and drain the water.
Cut the ham into thin strips. In a pot, combine chicken broth powder, water, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Place the cooked somen noodles in a bowl. Top with bean sprouts, ham, corn, butter, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
