- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
Soup Base
- 💧 1000cc water
- 🍄 5g dried shiitake slices
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍶 3 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp salt

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Pat dry the chicken wings to remove excess moisture.

Add the soup base ingredients and chicken wings to a pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, skim off any foam and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cabbage and cook on medium heat for an additional 5 minutes.
