- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 2 pieces salted salmon (sweet)
Vegetables
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
- White toasted sesame seeds, as needed
ÉTAPES
Heat salted salmon in a frying pan over medium heat until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Remove skin and bones from the salmon and flake the meat. Slice cucumber thinly, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix warm rice with sushi vinegar using a cutting motion. Add flaked salmon, cucumber, and kaiware sprouts, then gently combine. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
