Main Ingredients
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (350g)
- 2 pieces of mochi
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 2 slices ginger
- Chili threads to taste
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 600ml water
