- 🐟 60g sashimi-grade sanma
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 4 shiso leaves
- 🧅 5cm green onion, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds

- 🍚 400g cooked white rice
ÉTAPES
Mince the ginger and green onion. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves.
Finely chop the sanma and mix with ginger, green onion, and miso. Continue chopping until well combined.
Divide the rice into 4 portions using plastic wrap. Place the sanma mixture on top and gently shape into onigiri.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onigiri and sprinkle sesame seeds. Cook for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with shiso leaves.
