- 🍄 300g king oyster mushrooms
- 💧 300ml water
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the king oyster mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Cut larger mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, and water in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Place the mushrooms in a pot and pour the seasoning sauce over them. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
When the liquid has reduced significantly and the mushrooms are well-coated, add sesame oil and stir to finish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
