- 🦐 200g seafood mix
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
- 3 tbsp tempura flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 tsp chili paste

Defrost the seafood mix and chop the chives into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix tempura flour and water. Add the seafood mix and chopped chives, then combine well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Pour the batter into the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil over the pancake before finishing.
Mince garlic and ginger. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili paste to make the dipping sauce.
