Main Ingredients
- 🥛 100g firm tofu
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🍅 100g tomato
- 5g dried seaweed mix
Dressing
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in water and drain. Cut the mizuna greens into 4cm pieces, soak in water for 10 minutes to crisp, and drain well. Slice the tomato into quarters and then halve each piece.
Pat the tofu dry with kitchen paper and cut into 2cm cubes.
Mix the ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the sesame ponzu dressing.
Arrange the mizuna greens on a plate, top with the seaweed mix, tofu, and tomato. Drizzle the sesame ponzu dressing over the salad.
