ZUTATEN
Mushroom
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Trim the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut a cross pattern on the caps.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter is half melted, add the shimeji, shiitake, and grated garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add the ponzu soy sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir quickly to combine and serve immediately.
