INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g frozen edamame
- 1 piece minced ginger
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove the edamame beans from their pods. Mince the ginger and chop the green onions into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced ginger and dried shirasu, stir-frying for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the soy sauce.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, the stir-fried mixture, edamame, and green onions. Mix well.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
